1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If GitSight doesn't measurably improve your release process within 14 days of your initial purchase, we'll issue a full, no-questions-asked refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@gitsight.app from the address associated with your license within 14 days of purchase. Include your order reference. We process refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Eligibility
- Team TierEligible within 14 days of initial purchase. Recurring renewals are not refundable but can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Growth TierEligible within 14 days when requested by the original billing contact. Pro-rated refunds for partial periods are not provided.
4. What's Not Covered
Because GitSight runs entirely in your browser, we cannot refund issues caused by local data loss, browser cache deletion, or third-party Git tooling. Renewal charges processed more than 14 days after the original purchase fall outside the guarantee window.
