2. Uniform License & Usage Tiers
Your usage is governed by the specific tier associated with your active license:
- Free TierRestricted to individual engineering projects and personal technical growth exploration.
- Team TierCommercial accessibility and high-density analytics for professional freelancers and startups.
- Growth TierCollaborative release intelligence and stakeholder reporting for organized engineering departments.
3. Verification of Ownership
The contents of the GitSight platform, including the "Traveling Light" logo, visual design language, and source logic, are the protected intellectual property of GitSight Engineering. Your locally processed Git data remains 100% your own property and never transitions into our possession.
4. Performance & Warranty Disclaimer
"GitSight results are calculated locally based on your provided Git logs. We provide the service 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including the accuracy of AI-generated release summaries."
5. Local-Data Liability
Since all project data is stored locally in your browser's persistence layer, GitSight is not responsible for data loss resulting from browser cache deletion, local machine failure, or improper export procedures.
